Modern Mindful Therapy

Mary Jackson - Webb

About Mary –

Mary holds a Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California and a Bachelors of Social Work from University of Southern Colorado. She has dedicated her professional goals and energy to serving at-risk populations, leading to a wealth of experience in mental health and developmental disabilities. Over the years, Mary concentrated on heading up program development efforts, always seeking to impact the lives of the people she served. She is passionate about promoting choice and individualized support through the development and expansion of Overture, along with Array programs and divisions.

Mary’s style of treatment is eclectic and has many different modalities to allow for finding a way for center and balance for the individual. She believes many lose sight of their way and become hurt, confused, or disillusioned. She creates an environment allowing them to reconnect with themselves and the community. This allows for a more 1on1 style, gaining understanding for the patient for a path to solution focused awareness and achievement. Certified in many different personal training and development, this allows for her to bring forth into a setting as a pathway to help find their therapeutic process in healing. She has built and made this program to develop the self fulfilment into productivity and gain knowledge, insight, and drive of reshaping and building around mental health and needs.  “It’s about you and us, working together to find that path of recovery and sustainment to be able to continue forward on their path in life”.
