“Your struggles do not define you.”
Services
We provide services to address Mental Health issues to include substance abuse, co-occuring treatment,
Crisis counseling, anxiety, borderline (BPD), childhood trauma, depression, grief and loss, anger management and resistance,
self-esteem, impulsive traits/issues, partner relational conflicts, social phobia, post traumatic stress(PTSD) and personal development.
These are the services that we provide to help everyone to live a normal and healthy life.
Personal development is the best way to improve yourself. You don’t need to be mentally unstable to go for this service. It simply provides information that you need to learn about yourself. This is the best way to know your strengths and improve your weaknesses. It’s a very helpful service to boost your self-esteem and confidence.
Substance abuse is, unfortunately, happening in our modern society. It’s a way for some people to deal with the pressure of their everyday lives. But before they knew it, they already developed an addiction. This can ruin lives and it’s best to deal with it right away before it happens. Dealing with traumatic experiences is not as easy as it seems. The sufferer may always feel scared, angry, or even end up with depression. It’s a condition that can result in other mental health issues.
That’s why it’s a must to have the person treated as early as possible and avoid other problems. Co-occurring issues may happen depending on the person. The Pathway Partners is aware of this possibility that’s why co-occurring issues are also included in our services. It can be confusing but different mental health issues can happen. We need to diagnose the clients first before providing the treatment necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does my first session look like?
The first therapy session may feel intimidating. You’re not sure what to expect.
Our first session is an introduction to when we start forming a trusting relationship together.
The first couple of sessions help me assess how I can help you best. I want to get to know you better, and you get to ask me any questions you may have. It will be very interactive and collaborative, and you will usually leave with a few practical tools to help you cope better with your current feelings and experience. I want the session to be useful to you.
Therapy Duration – How long will it take to feel better?
You may feel some relief after the first few sessions and see noticeable changes after 3-4 months. However, “it depends” remains the best answer to this question.
Depending on what you want to work on in therapy, what your goals are, how determined you are to make improvements in your life, therapy length can go from a few sessions for some specific issues to 6-12 months on average to see some lasting results.
Sometimes people leave too soon and end up having to come back later on. They experienced some positive changes, are happy with it but didn’t give themselves the time to fully integrate it into their lives, so the benefits don’t last.
Together, we will talk about the right time to end. But know that as much as I will enjoy working with you, my goal is to help you as quickly as possible.
Therapy With Me- What does therapy with me look like?
My approach is very collaborative, interactive, and respectful.
I consider you the expert of your own experience. I’m here to guide you and help you find your pathway. You are always in control of the pace of the work we do together.
My approach is present-moment based for the most part. We will talk about your past but mainly as a reference point to focus on your present challenges.
I tend to offer practical tools specific to you. We may practice them first together, then let you try them out in your everyday life to see what works and what doesn’t.
Online Counseling – Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. I provide online counseling for people living in the state of Colorado. I use a secure video system.
Online therapy offers more flexibility and continuity of care, and it’s also a good alternative in case of inclement weather.
Ending Therapy – What happens if I want to stop therapy?
Ideally, we would come to that decision together. However, you are always in control and can choose to end therapy when you wish.
Professional Support
We also provide continuing education/training such as CEU training, clinical supervision, substance certification supervision.
